Description: An accessible click-through guide to estimate the maximum safe lifting weight under what the website calls “ideal conditions” (no muscle fatigue, pre-existing injury, in a healthy & trained worker). The user inputs where the lift starts from and how often the lift is performed, the website then provides safe lifting weights that consider how twisted the worker’s torso during the lift. Postural graphics are included to help with a frame of reference for selecting a lifting location.
