Description: A web-based training program to teach users how to set up office workstations. The training is available in English or French, and is compliant with best-practices and Canadian standards from when it was developed in 2015. Specific topics covered are musculoskeletal disorder risks with office work, the importance of varying working postures, healthy computing habits, as well as ways to evaluate and set up your office environment.
